U.S. Small-Business Owners’ Optimism Again Edges Downward
U.S. small-business owners continue to be less optimistic about their financial situations in the fourth quarter than they were at the beginning of 2015. The Wells Fargo/Gallup Small Business Index declined modestly but steadily in the second and third quarters of this year, after its significant rise in the first quarter.
