Lynn Frick, Director, Finance & Administration
Lynn focuses on business advisory services and financial analyses related to mergers and acquisitions. She has conducted financial analyses for private corporations and as a public accountant, which has given her valuable experience in identifying key trends in the financial performance of a company. Her analytical experience, combined with her ability to relate to people, make her a critical element in Summit Advisory’s ability to maximize the value for its clients. Ms. Frick began her career as an accountant with Miller & Co., CPA’s. She then joined Irex Corporation and Specialty Products and Insulation, Co. where she held various positions including Internal Audit Manager, Employee Benefits Manager and Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Summit Advisory, Ms. Frick was Controller for Adhesive Mixing Equipment, Inc., a Lancaster County manufacturing company.
She has served on the Board of the Lancaster County Business Group on Health, President of the local school PTO, and has been a member of the American Business Women Association. Ms. Frick graduated from Gettysburg College with a B.A. in Business Management and Accounting.
