“We worked with Summit Advisory to acquire a hotel in Lancaster PA.  I have been involved in 5 hotel acquisitions and this was one of the most challenging.  Both sides had multiple partners, which made the negotiations more difficult.  Summit ran a process that kept the parties up to date and the deal moving forward.  They were able to work with all parties, including the attorneys and CPAs, to find solutions when the deal was about to fall apart.  If we had tried to negotiate ourselves with just using our attorney, the deal would not have gotten done.  The Summit team had the expertise to assure a successful outcome.  I appreciated that they spent the time to understand the dynamics and goals of both parties.  In the end, we were able to find a win-win agreement.
